  • You will independently inform and advise our customers on changes to their trip, anticipate potential challenges, avoid escalations, and resolve complex customer issues through proactive measures.
  • Enjoy flexible work with 100% Home Office, a program to work abroad for up to 6 months, and comprehensive onboarding in our Customer Service Bootcamp.
