Ameren is seeking a Senior Connection Agreements Specialist responsible for preparing and managing various interconnection agreements within the utility sector. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in contract administration and knowledge of the electric utility system

Job Summary

  • The Senior Connection Agreements Specialist is responsible for the preparation and administration of interconnection, interchange, construction and other agreements between Ameren’s operating companies, interconnected utilities, wholesale generators and large load customers.
  • Key responsibilities include developing new or modifying existing agreements, understanding the Ameren Transmission and Distribution system, and implementing the Midcontinent ISO (MISO) generation interconnection process.
  • Ameren Transmission is dedicated to planning, constructing and safely operating over 8,000 transmission miles across a variety of energy markets.

Salary

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (Lead role preferred)
