Kalispell Assisted Living is seeking a Remote RN MDS Coordinator who will oversee patient assessments, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. The ideal candidate will hold an active LPN/LVN license, possess strong organizational and leadership skills, and have experience in nursing care facilities

Job Summary

  • Administer patient assessments, oversee the assessment process, setting the assessment schedules and assuring that assessments are done in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Direct the day to day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
