Salary
Base: $43,400 - $72,300 (Level 1); $51,400 - $85,600 (Level 2); Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus and possible long term incentives; Benefits: health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 Axis CNC machine operation
Manual machine setup and operation
In-process and final part inspections
Tooling and materials readiness
Ability to read blueprints and technical specs
Standing for extended periods
Working onsite full time
Nice-to-have
Experience with Siemens, Fanuc, & HAAS Controllers
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
Expertise in GD&T and CAD model interpretation
High energy and results oriented
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Adaptable and self-motivated
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience on 3 Axis CNC machines
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
U.S. citizenship required
2-year technical degree or machine shop certificate
Ability to lift/move 35-50 lbs for extended periods
Experience running manual machines and performing setups

Must have US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
