Fox Hollow Post Acute is seeking a remote caregiver to provide daily care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans. The ideal candidate will possess a high school education or equivalent and have the ability to effectively communicate and assist with various personal care tasks

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • Perform only those care tasks that you have been trained to do and ensure that the resident’s room is ready for the resident.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
