Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of the role is to lead projects to design and develop new thermal fluid products and test methods for BESS and other battery related applications.
  • The role holder will successfully report and deliver the specifications for products that have new or improved performance features and/or improved cost of goods benefits compared to previous Castrol or competitors’ products.
