Job Summary

  • The Rehab Patient Care Coordinator manages the client/patient intake process through effective communication and collection of information and performs a variety of administrative functions in support of outpatient rehab/specialty services.
  • The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for performing these functions in a manner that optimizes patient flow, maximizes departmental efficiencies, assures accurate revenue, and promotes patient/client and employer/insurer satisfaction.
  • Hours are Monday-Thursday 10:30a - 7p & Friday 8:30a-5pm 2nd Shift Differential Included!!
