  • Assist the Beverage Manager in providing direction and leadership for the Beverage Service team consistent with the Palms brand.
  • Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of outlets with specific focus on departmental and SNHD food safety standards, OSHA, Fire and Life Safety Regulations.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to all beverage employees; ensure staff is scheduled properly.

  • Obtain and maintain Southern Nevada Food Handlers Card
