The successful candidate will develop and deliver training aligned with the Healthy Ageing Strategic Education Plan while providing on-site clinical support.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
Knowledge of Aged Care Act and Quality Standards
Understanding of clinical risk and continuous improvement
Nice-to-have
Post Graduate Qualifications in relevant field
Previous experience in clinical education roles
Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Assessment
Key Requirements
Minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training or willingness to obtain within 12 months
Evidence of Police check and NDIS clearance
Willingness to undertake Mercy Health Foundation Improvement Capability program
