Job Summary
This role is accountable for the business oversight, governance, and continuous improvement of a defined portfolio of AI agentic solutions, ensuring they operate within approved risk and control guardrails.
Monitor and analyse AI agent performance, including KPIs such as accuracy, coverage, confidence thresholds, adoption, and response usefulness, leveraging finance processes and risk management and controls expertise to assess key metrics.
Drive process improvements to maximize effective AI solutions, enhance controls testing quality, and ensure alignment with new ways of working, in line with regulations (e.g. SOX/PCAOB) and FRMC standards.
