5+ years operations experience
2+ years people leadership role
ERP/MRP system proficiency
Supplier relationship management
Warehouse and distribution operations
Demand and supply planning concepts

OEM automotive supply chain experience
Motorsports or high-performance background
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
Lean and 5S warehousing methodologies
Post-machining assembly knowledge
IATF 16949 quality standards familiarity
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
Minimum 5 years progressive operations experience
At least 2 years in a people leadership role
Proficiency with Syspro, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts
