Job Summary
Supervise the day to day operations of the core lab and blood bank departments, ensuring laboratory tests are accurately performed and results are reported in a timely manner.
Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel, monitor daily workflow, and schedule adequate assay coverage.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology
TN Supervisor license
ASCP or AMT certification
5 years or more of experience as a blood bank and/or core lab Technologist/Technician
3 years or more of experience as a blood bank Technologist/Technician
5 years or more of experience supervising or leading a team
