Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4-6 years alternative investment experience
  • Private credit structured credit real asset private equity
  • Experience selling into private wealth channels
  • Knowledge of BDCs interval funds tender offer funds
  • Proficiency with iCapital CAIS SUBSCRIBE platforms
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses required

Nice-to-have

  • CAIA or CFA designation preferred
  • Relationships with Alternatives stakeholders at broker-dealers
  • Strong business development acumen
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time
  • Team player mentality with high integrity

Key Requirements
