• This role owns the strategy and execution of enablement and adoption across internal AI capabilities, including Embedded Innovation team solutions and general-purpose AI tools.
• Responsibilities include partnering with AI leads and domain stakeholders to understand training needs, adoption barriers, and translating them into actionable enablement plans.
• The role requires building, maintaining, and continuously improving core enablement assets, delivering training sessions, and managing partner-led trainings with strategic partners.

• 6+ years of experience in enablement, change management, L&D, transformation, internal comms, or product adoption
• Demonstrated success driving adoption at scale
• Strong fluency with modern AI concepts and tools
• Experience designing and delivering training for diverse audiences
• Strong program ownership and operational discipline
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
