Job Summary

  • Lead the technical development and New Product Introduction (NPI) of next-generation Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), focusing on optimizing MRAM and RRAM electrical characteristics.
  • Partner with Foundries to develop and implement BKM (Best Known Method) processes, drive critical reliability qualifications, and develop high-efficiency CP/FT test flows.
  • Requires a Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields with 6+ years in the semiconductor industry, including 5+ years focused on NVM or Emerging Memory.
