Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for structural and non‑structural body repairs, surface preparation, color matching, and application of high‑performance commercial coatings across the UPS fleet.
  • The technician will perform metal fabrication, panel replacement, frame alignment, sanding, priming, and finish paint operations in accordance UPS maintenance standards.
  • The starting pay for this position is $27.64 with a one- year progression to TOP PAY $34.55 per hour, with extensive benefits including 401(K), defined-benefit pension plan, and medical-dental and vision.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years body and paint experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have standard tools
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday
  • Must be able to work 1st shift hours
