Oversee daily store activities including receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials, ensuring proper tagging, binning, and material identification as per SOPs.
Lead, guide, and train storekeepers, helpers, and material handlers, preparing duty rosters and allocating work to ensure smooth operations and support team development.

Key Requirements
BE/BTech in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
6 to 8 years of experience
Power Transformer manufacturing and Stores Management experience
Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO14001, OSHA regulations
Excellent verbal, communication, and leadership skills
