Job Summary

  • The Program for Research on Youth Development and Engagement (PRYDE) aims to make the NYS 4-H Youth Development Program a "living laboratory" for research and evaluation to promote optimal youth development.
  • Responsibilities include designing research protocols, conducting interviews, analyzing data, supervising research assistants, providing course support, mentoring students, and developing outreach programming.
  • This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, 1-year term appointment with the possibility of renewal, located fully on-site at the Ithaca, New York Campus.
