The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets and reporting any changes in resident conditions immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm environment while adhering to strict confidentiality policies.
