Job Summary
The Head of Therapy Services plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations and strategic direction of therapy services within Rainbow Centre's Early Intervention or Special Schools.
This position leads a team of therapists and psychologists while working closely with the Director to review strategic initiatives and ensure quality delivery of services.
Candidates must have at least 12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a Special Education (SPED) setting, to manage change and support people development.
