You will support banks and investors in structuring debt sale or securitization operations and preparing financial and information documentation.
You will analyze management, accounting, and financial data, monitor asset quality, margins, working capital, debt, and cash flows, and identify potential risks and opportunities related to the transaction.
In your development path, you will be able to participate in all aspects related to extraordinary finance operations such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
