This role involves leading a team of PM Technicians, driving PM standards, executing preventive maintenance, and conducting technical root cause analysis to achieve Zero Breakdown and high OEE.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
3–5 years maintenance engineering experience
1–2 years supervisory experience
Strong understanding of TPM, UMS, WCM, PM & AM steps
