Job Summary

• This position supports the Ryder Continuous Improvement culture by actively applying continuous improvement methods to new and existing operations.
• The engineer will identify and drive change through data-driven CI, engineering, and automation efforts to deliver higher levels of performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Salary

Base: $95,000 - $105,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan; Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, and 401(k)

• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain)
• Master's degree with 3 years experience acceptable alternative
• Minimum 5 years related work experience in Warehousing/Transportation
• Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills required
