Job Summary
The role focuses on optimizing production processes to deliver cost savings, improve quality, and support new product introduction within the High Voltage and Medium Voltage business.
Candidates will utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis, and lead equipment improvement projects.
The position requires providing technical product support to the Sales team and collaborating with internal and external suppliers to resolve problems and enhance safety.
