Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing contracts and contract negotiations on behalf of the senior management team for their functional areas and in accordance with applicable law and Teledyne Corporate policy.
  • Review, negotiate and conclude a range of agreements including customer and supplier agreements, non-disclosure agreements, loan agreements and third-party sales channel agreements.
  • Support sales, bid and project teams by participating in, and at times leading, commercial and contractual negotiations with customers.
