Job Summary

• The Nurse Manager assists the DON/CNO with directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supervising the effective and efficient operations of nursing in the delivery of behavioral health care to all clients.
• Responsible for the clinical management of the milieu, coordination of client care and staffing according to predetermined guidelines, monitoring and functioning within budget, supervision of staff, and maintenance of regulatory standards.

• Graduation from approved/accredited school of nursing
• Three or more years' experience as a RN
• Two or more years' experience in behavioral health
• One or more years' leadership or management experience
• Valid current RN license
• CPR certification and de-escalation training
