Job Summary
Director, Business Intelligence will serve as a strategic partner for Commercial and Medical Affairs Teams to support the launch and commercialization of BeOne’s Oncology portfolio in Europe and New Markets.
This position will manage the ongoing implementation support for Field BI Tools and other Technology Platform needs of the teams and serve as a strategic partner aligning technology solutions to support business strategy and initiatives.
This position will drive continuous improvements in field tools, identify innovative ways of provisioning key business insights, and integrate technology in key business processes to help the Commercial/Medical Affairs organization achieve desired business outcomes.

Key Requirements
Bachelors in Science/Engineering/Information Management or related field
10+ years relevant Biotech/Pharma experience
Master’s degree with 7+ years relevant experience
Good team management skills (direct and matrix)
Strong data knowledge with pharmaceutical business knowledge
Experience in fast-paced environment servicing large number of Field users
