Skills & Requirements
Must-have
In-depth knowledge of Financial Lines products
Proven experience handling large complex claims
Experience operating in lead position influencing strategy
Strong communication skills for client and broker relations
Ability to deliver high standard of claims service
Nice-to-have
Exposure to complex claims across relevant lines of business
Familiarity with claims systems like ECF or Docosoft
Interest in pursuing ACII professional qualification
Mentoring skills for junior colleagues
Collaboration with underwriters on product development
Key Requirements

Proven experience handling large and complex claims
Experience managing large loss reporting to senior management
Mentoring skills demonstrated through leadership capabilities
