Job Summary

  • The Program Specialist will serve as the primary consultant and relationship manager for assigned school districts, driving program compliance, revenue maximization, documentation accuracy, and long-term client retention.
  • This position combines strategic consulting, stakeholder engagement, hands-on implementation support, training, auditing, and cross-functional collaboration to help school districts fully leverage Medicaid reimbursement opportunities.
  • MSB School Services covers 100% of the premium for two employee-only medical plan options, as well as 100% of employee-only dental and vision coverage, in addition to 10+ paid holidays and unlimited Paid Time Off.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Medicaid billing experience
  • School-based Medicaid programs experience
  • Texas or New Hampshire MTS/MAC experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license
