Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Thai citizenship mandatory for compliance
Fluent in Thai spoken and written
Proficient in English business communication
Experience with Workday HRIS system
Experience with ServiceNow case management
Regulatory reporting to Thai government agencies
4-6 years HR or consultative experience
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Vietnam HR compliance landscape
Experience managing international assignment transfers
Strong problem-solving skills in matrixed organizations
Ability to lead health and wellbeing initiatives
Experience with payroll reconciliation and audits
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
Thai citizenship required by law
4 to 6 years prior HR experience
Proven ability to manage employee benefits and insurance
