This position serves as the primary negotiator and drafter of various legal agreements for clients within a Fortune 275 integrated retail electricity company.
The role requires advising internal clients on complex legal issues pertaining to deal structure, risk allocation, and contractual strategy specifically for wholesale trading.
Candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school and an active U.S. State Bar license.
