The successful candidate will monitor IT risk indicators, ensure control objectives are met, and drive compliance with the ING Risk Management Framework.
You will work closely with engineers and service teams to embed effective controls and support squads in making responsible decisions.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years risk ownership experience
6+ years analytical or investigative experience
Solid understanding of SDLC and deployment pipelines
Expertise in Change Management and Platform Security
Knowledge of BIA and detailed risk assessments
Ability to coach engineers in agile environment
Nice-to-have
Foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure and networking
Experience with automation scripting using Ansible or Python
Familiarity with Payments or Account Reporting domains
