Employees must ensure the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and promptly report any suspected violations.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to new rooms or medical appointments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Record vital signs and intake/output data
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regular shift meetings for improvement
Key Requirements
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
