Job Summary

  • Position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, ensuring medical necessity compliance, verifying eligibility, and posting payments.
  • Great customer service expertise PAR will handle 60-70 calls per day (very high-volume calls, supporting 30 doctors Structured day within the call center to ensure calls are being handle in a timely manner.
