  • Travel up to 75% including overnight
  • Troubleshoot medical equipment without documentation
  • Face-to-face customer interaction skills

  • Ability to apply engineering principles independently
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years technical or clinical field service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Unrestricted US work authorization required at time of hire
  • Reside within 30 minutes of Chicago area airport
