Job Summary
Responsible for managing complex technology vendor relationships across the full commercial and operational lifecycle.
Serves as the senior operational owner for vendor engagements, ensuring contracts, SOWs, renewals, and ongoing vendor performance are commercially sound, contractually compliant, and aligned with enterprise governance standards.
Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance/AP, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts and purchase orders align with approved scope and commercial terms.
