The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and the mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires monitoring patient charts in Net Health EMR and PCC EMR to ensure strict adherence to company policy and Medicare guidelines.
The incumbent must assist facilities in achieving survey excellence by participating in mock surveys, annual licensing surveys, and developing plans of correction.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP
Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
RAC-CT Credential required within one year of hire
Prior regional experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
