Job Summary

  • This role enables high-risk acquirers' participation on the Mastercard global ecosystem through customer-facing opportunities to enhance ecosystem performance.
  • Responsibilities include designing reports to identify poor performance areas, engaging with customers on performance issues, and selling consulting engagements for performance optimization.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with acquirers on operations, fraud, and/or merchant compliance with scheme standards, or experience selling tools and solutions in this space.

  • Understanding of scheme rules
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
