Job Summary
Responsible for the manufacturing processes and equipment for General Assembly, developing and implementing sufficiency plans and continuous improvement activities to meet specific objectives.
Manage process-related projects including installation of new or replacement equipment, continuous improvement initiatives, and periodic repair and refurbishment.
Enforce safe work practices as the highest priority and implement objectives for improved ergonomics, Health/safety, and housekeeping.

Key Requirements
5+ years' experience as a process engineer
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of safety absolutes and policies
Demonstrated technical knowledge in process engineering
Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of and ability to implement GMS principles
Proven project management skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Fluid Fill, Glass Cell, VIN Etch, Alignment, DVT Process Equipment
Familiarity with General Assembly Error Proofing Equipment (EPP Preferred)
