This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our public cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of cloud resources.
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to public cloud environments, investigating and diagnosing cloud service issues.
Monitor cloud environments for security vulnerabilities and compliance issues, utilizing AWS security tools like Guard Duty and AWS Shield.
