Job Summary
This role supports the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project, a flagship initiative to deliver safe and compliant renewable energy infrastructure.
The engineer acts as the technical interface between project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure cybersecurity controls are implemented during construction and commissioning.
The position requires working on-site in Duba, Saudi Arabia, on an 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF rotation schedule.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-15 years OT experience
3 years ICS cybersecurity design
Saudi NCA and HCIS standards knowledge
Solar PV and Wind Turbine systems expertise
BESS and HV/MV substation security
ISA 62443 industry standards
Field verification and commissioning support
Nice-to-have
ISA/IEC62443 or SANS certifications
Experience with FAT, SAT, CSAT testing
Strong Microsoft Office and Visio skills
Excellent communication at all levels
Background in instrumentation or process automation
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum 10 to 15 years OT experience
At least 3 years ICS cybersecurity validation
Knowledge of Saudi cyber standards (HCIS, NCA)
Proficiency in Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3, IEC61850 protocols
