Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and preparing them for medical tests while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Key Requirements
