Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel providing health care and nursing services to residents.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and ensures resident safety and respectful treatment.
Must have 3-5 years of nurse management experience, preferably in a long-term care facility, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite products.
