2+ years property accounting experience
University degree in accounting field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Month-end close and financial statements
General ledger reconciliation skills

Experience with Yardi software system
Commercial property accounting background
Active enrollment in CPA program
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Key Requirements
2+ years of property accounting experience
University Degree or College Diploma in accounting
Working knowledge of month-end accounting cycle
