Salary
Base: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour; Bonus: Sign-On Bonus eligible based on eligibility; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including PTO, health/welfare, and retirement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active RN license in North Carolina
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Clinical judgment and critical thinking
Fast-paced emergency environment experience
Electronic health record documentation proficiency
Nice-to-have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
Experience with unit councils and governance
Ability to float to other hospital units
Strong conflict resolution skills
Commitment to evidence-based practices
Key Requirements
Graduate of Board of Nursing approved program
