The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the day-to-day activities and clinical and operational oversight of the rehabilitation department in assigned facilities.
This role includes supervising all therapy personnel, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, implementing new treatment programs, and managing department documentation and billing.
The position requires promoting a positive attitude within staff and the community, identifying new business sources, and supporting continuing education and leadership development.

Key Requirements
