  • The Executive Director will collaborate across multiple BMS locations and geographies, aligning closely with People Org and functional leadership to seamlessly integrate our talent strategy.

Key Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree, Advanced Degree preferred
  • 15+ years of HR relevant business experience
  • Proven success working with senior management
  • Experience supporting global organizations
  • Experience using metrics and analytics
  • Extensive HR trusted business partner experience
  • Experience building and leading global teams
  • Experience working with global matrix teams
  • Experience leading change management efforts
  • Demonstrated workforce planning knowledge
  • Previous experience supporting R&D function
