Job Summary

  • The Unit Leader is responsible for managing the SQDCP performance of this area and will ensure the achievement of operational objectives such as staff safety, product quality, adherence to deadlines and station gates, workload/staffing/skills alignment, convergence of production costs, and absenteeism management.
  • As part of their duties, the Unit Leader will ensure the implementation of inclusive management focused on the development of their team members.
