Job Summary
As a Head of Centre of Expertise Aseptic Processes Global Technical Operations (Manufacturing Technology & Science), you will be responsible for managing a team of experts establishing and leading global standards and capabilities for aseptic practices across the network.
The COE leads global subject‑matter experts (SME) and partners with manufacturing site experts, Quality Control, QA, Engineering, R&D, and external partners.

Key Requirements
Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Bioprocessing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/chemical industry
aseptic manufacturing experience
Strong experience with GMP, regulatory requirements, data integrity, and CMC lifecycle management.
Management experience, with focus on team development
