Job Summary

  • Set strategic direction for Customer Master Data Management and continuously improve MD processes across Miele Sales Back Office.
  • Serve as a line manager for Master Data agents and Team Leads, working on alignment and buy-in for Master Data transformation initiatives.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and support systems implementation by providing master data domain input and participating in projects.
